Introduction
Ink Rub Tester is applicable to testing ink layer of materials like labels, folding cartons, corrugated boxes, etc.It can help users to analyze the reason of lower abrasion assistance, ink layer falling-off, lower printable of PS board, and adhesion of coating layers of other products.
Standards and principle
According to JIS K507-1 ASTM D5264、TAPPI T830 GB/T7706-2008 etcWorking Principle:paper sample tested layer and friction paper rub between a predetermined speed., under the action of a load of the friction member, By Measuring the reducing amount of density before and after the friction (or reducing amount of coating thickness), to determine the ink (or coating) of the wear resistance.
